You can learn freediving by taking a freediving class. Freediving courses are great for amateurs and professionals alike. There are many freediving courses, including the PADI Advanced Freediver Course, NAUI Basic Course, SSI Basic Course, and Molchanovs Freediving Course.

PADI Advanced Freediver Course

PADI Advanced Freediver is a great way for you to improve your freediving skills. This course will teach you how to perform under apnea as well as the correct breathing techniques for longer dives. You'll also learn how to perform in freefall and how to rescue a freediver in the event of an emergency.

Once you have successfully completed the PADI Advanced Freediver course, you will be eligible to take the Instructor course. This is the next step in your freediving career. This course will help you master both a static and dynamic breath hold. No-fins diving, handling a rope and buoy, and mouthfill are some of the other skills you'll learn. NAUI Basic Course in Freediver

For those who wish to learn free diving and improve their skills, the NAUI Basic Freediver course will be of interest. It is a 4-hour course that incorporates classroom discussion and pool instruction. The course will provide you with the foundations of freediving. It also covers the physiology and physics of freediving. You will also learn proper breathing techniques and equalization to deep dive. You must be at the least 12 year old and have good swimming skills.


Before you can enroll in advanced courses, you need to have at least some freediving experience. This course will give you the basics you need to know and prepare you for advanced training. You can become a PADI Freediver once you have completed the course. Freediving with a buddy is also possible.

SSI Basic Freediver Course

The SSI Freediver Basic Course will teach you the fundamental skills needed to dive in the ocean. It combines classroom training and water practice. It includes two sessions in the pool and one in open water. The course will end with the SSI Basic Freediver certification.

The SSI Basic Freediver course will train you to swim 400 meters, dive 50 meters in CWT, freedive 20 meters, perform a simulated blackout, and swim to the surface. It will also teach you the skills you need to dive up to 40m. SSI offers certification programs that can be recognized around the world. This means you'll be able to dive in any ocean. molchanovs Freediving Course

You can go from beginner to competitive freediver with the Molchanovs course. There are four levels for open water, and a Lap class that will help you freedive in a pool. After completing the Lap course you can move on to the Wave course which will teach how to safely freedive into open water.
