TDI offers 4 levels of certification. Each level is different, and the training is tailored to the individual's needs. The training stresses Jungian psychology and typology. It also teaches divers how plan dives are done, which is crucial to a successful diving career. Because it is respected and recognized around the world, this training is a great way for divers to get started in the field.

TDI has 4 qualifications

TDI Institute is located at Whiteland in Indiana and offers four qualifications. While the time taken to complete each qualification is variable, it generally takes three weeks. While tuition is approximately $5,000, most reviewers found that they could get grant funding or scholarship to offset the cost.

TDI grants credit hours to students enrolled in approved college or university courses. Each semester hour equals eight credit hours. TDI also grants credit hours for real estate courses, ethics courses, mortgage lending, or ethical conduct courses.

It focuses solely on typology

Typology studies how people behave in different situations. The TDI training aims at helping individuals to understand their type characteristics and how they impact their behavior in certain situations. It is important that you remember that a person's "type" is not an infallible trait.

There are many types of personality and some overlap with others. A personality inventory will tell an individual how his or her personality types function, but it has limited predictive power. It is not always relevant to the person's real life.

It is a Jungian psychology-focused book.

Jungian psychology is a type of archetypal psychology that emphasizes creative exploration. The field provides a variety of theories, techniques, and tools that can be used to solve common problems throughout history. This is how TDI training focuses its attention on Jungian concepts and their application in human behavior.

Jungian therapy includes an emphasis on religion, although this is not required. While Carl Jung encouraged patients to find meaning in their religion, most mainstream religions have become less relevant to many today. Jung believed that one should find their own source or meaning in a broader context. This may involve finding balance across many aspects of one's personality.

It helps divers plan their dives.

The TDI training program teaches divers to plan their dives. It also covers the fundamental skills required to ensure a safe dive. It covers basics like buoyancy and mass, underwater navigation, marine conservation, and more. TDI training also teaches divers how to plan dives, so they don't go too far.

The first TDI course teaches a diver about planning and how to prepare for various types of diving. Advanced diving skills are taught in the second course. This course helps divers to plan dives in different types of terrains. Advanced divers can dive on difficult terrains and others may prefer shallower waters.

It teaches divers to blend scuba gases

TDI training is a good option for advanced scuba divers. This specialty course teaches the proper handling of oxygenated air, as well as decompression with different gas blends. You will be able to stay at one depth for longer periods of time and get more out of a single dive.

Divers are taught to blend and analyze a range of scuba chemicals through TDI Training. This training includes technical diving and proper equipment maintenance. The course also includes materials to help you study at home. The study book is thorough and well-organized. It covers topics such as the duties of a gas blender and the production equipment used to create the mixtures. After successful completion, certification is granted.
