Anse Cochon North & South
Anse Cochon North & South Reef is a pair of sites for scuba divers located between the two islands. Both sites can be reached from the beach, and they range in depth between 10-40 feet. They are great dive sites for beginners and easy-level divers. The reef's northern side is home to corals, but reef fish can be found at both ends. You can expect to see octopus as well, sea whips, trumpetfish, and sea whips.
In the south end of Anse Cochon, the Lesleen M is an old cargo ship, which the Fisheries Department of Saint Lucia sank in 1986 as an artificial reef. The sunk vessel is now surrounded by seagrass beds, which attract many different species of fish. Barracudas and stingrays may be seen on the wreck, as it was deliberately sunk to be a dive site.
