
Sherwood Scuba sells a defective BC. It is not up-to-code and doesn't provide customers with the necessary contact information to fix the problem. Thomas Cranmer, an Undercurrent reader, had a problem with his BC. He emailed Sherwood twice, filled out the "Contact Us" form and was not able to get an answer. Sherwood doesn't have a physical address. He eventually sent a certified letter to the Irvine, California, address found on the company's brochures. The letter was returned, but without a forwarding address.
